At Snoophug, we want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

• Spain

• United States

• Canada

• Germany

• England

• Scotland

• Ireland

If your country is not listed above, please contact us at enay.fm@gmail.com before placing an order.

2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and prepared within 3–4 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Please note that weekends and public holidays may affect processing times.

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partner for delivery.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is approximately 14 days after the order has been processed.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.

International orders may also be subject to customs procedures depending on the destination country.

4. Shipping Cost

Shipping is FREE on all orders.

There are no standard shipping charges added at checkout for the destinations listed above.

5. Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers will receive their tracking details by email after the order has been shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, please contact us at enay.fm@gmail.com so we can determine the appropriate solution.

Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by applicable law.

7. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery time, please contact us at:

We will review the shipment and assist you in locating your order.

8. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at enay.fm@gmail.com and provide photographs of the product and packaging.

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and our return policy.

9. Returns and Customer Rights

Customers may have statutory rights to cancel or return an online purchase depending on the laws applicable to their country.

For customers in Spain and the European Union, consumers generally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal period for distance purchases, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

This statutory right is separate from Snoophug's voluntary 30-Day Guarantee.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable to the customer.
